  I don't give ZERO because I can't. Delivery is always late, furniture was delivered with a damage, they never replace it, my full bed was never delivered and the customer service never solve your problems, they say will call you, but it never happens.. RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

  I was there for about 20 minutes, walked around, stood in line to speak with an employee, then moved and waited for a different person.. not a single employee said hi to me or even looked my direction. I left with unanswered questions and will not be making a purchase.

  I called to ask a question and the lady put me on hold as soon as she answered, and waited for 5 minutes before she picked up. I asked my question (if something I found online was also in stores), got put on hold for another 3 minutes only for her to come back and say no. No value at all for customers' time and for that I will not be shopping with west elm.
