  I wish I didn't have to give them a star. Incompetence does not begin to cover this staff. They told me a half hour for my prescription if I wanted to walk around. 45 minutes later, they had not even begun to fill it. a half hour later, still nothing. we left. The next day we got a phone call that our prescription was ready. pathetic.

  Do your job people!!! You have one job. ..1!! Multiple trips for prescriptions that we're told are ready. Not once but 3 xs. Quit wasting people's time with your incompetence!!!!!

  Not sure what has been going on with the pharmacy. I used to love getting me medicine refilled at the Walmart on eldridge and 1960 because I would go to lunch and my medicine would be ready. For the past three times I've come picked up my medication I'm told that it's not ready. How is it that my medicine is called in at 9am and it's not ready by 2pm? What is going on with your staff? Your customer service has sure taken a turn for the worst. To top everything of after having to wait for my medicine I have to wait an abitional 10 minutes for the pharmacist to bag my medication? A medication that I've been taking for 5 years! The new staff doesn't care about questions or concerns all they want is for you to get in and out!
