  Paid $109 for a service call to fix a LaZBoy recliner that kept collapsing the leg rest without warning. The service guy showed up, said it was a common problem with a very small metal part that was breaking---he went out to his vehicle to see if he had a replacement part, but returned saying he was out of them, so he would order a part and would come back when it arrived at our house. Sounded ok, but we later learned that we would need to pay $12.99 for "shipping" this tiny part that could be wrapped in a Kleenex and mailed in an envelope ! We were also not told whether we would also be charged for another $109 "service call" to install the precious part--this is some kind of scam, in my opinion. We will probably junk the recliner(s) which were purchased about 2 years ago for a substantial price and buy another brand....this was way too much of a rip-off.
