  A came in for a gift and cigars, Gracie gave me some great recommendations. She was helpful and very knowledgeable! She even took the time to give me a short lesson on cigars. Great customer service and very organized store. I will definitely be a returning customer!

  My account was charged three times . Once I notice it I went back to the Willowbrook location, I was greeted by a very rude manager with short blonde hair. I explain to her the issue and she promise the issues would be taken care of. I never received a call. However I decide to call, and the manager on duty referred me to a 1800 customer service. I still have yet to receive any of my funds that’s was wrongfuly charged. This is such an inconvenience, I don’t understand why it’s such a hassle to refund my money. I’ve been to this location couple times and never had a great experience, I’ve had employees follow me around the store as if I was going to steal something. This is a major issues if you have customers coming to support a business or spend money, no one should feel the way I feel I will never visit this location ever again. If I don’t receive my funds with 3 business days will be contacting corporate offices

  So my husband and my sister in law and I were here and we loved the selection. I’m under aged but my sister and husband are over 21 and because I’m married I didn’t think it would be a problem. We have bought things for here before so we decided to make the drive and buy some nice liquor. My husband loves whiskey and because of the holidays and the fact it would be Black Friday we thought there were gonna be good deals. We got there and there wasn’t many good deals and they refused service because my husband didn’t change his address on his ID because we got married not that long ago and moved in together and with moving we’ve been crazy busy. They said we couldn’t prove we were married even though we have the same last name and rings. We wasted our time and gas because of their insecurities. We will not be coming here again. My sister wasn’t able to get her stuff either. We are pissed and the service sucked too. Like I said before the selection was great but the prices sucked and the service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are really judgmental too. I look young but I’m 20 and I got looks even though my husband is of age. They were rude and disrespectful.
