Was rudely greeted by a lady telling me I was calling the office and not the store (as if I somehow put the number online). I kindly asked “So, you can’t tell me?” Her response was, “Go to the store and find out.” I told her thank you, but I will never shop here again. It was a simple question but just a rude encounter.
