  If you’re looking for attentive, helpful staff, this is absolutely not the place to come. Went in to look for shower floor tile and only one person was working and happened to be helping another gentleman. Respectfully, I waited and walked around looking at tile in the meantime. As that customer left, the man behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me for a solid 10 minutes while I was then standing at the table in front of him with my sample tile and a prospective floor tile to match. He then proceeded to ask if I needed help, to which I said yes. Without even trying to be helpful, he stayed behind the counter, a good 10 feet away & looked at the tile I picked out which was laying on the table & then said, “I think that looks good” then proceeded to get on the phone and take a call. Moments later, another assumed employee walked in with fast food, walked behind the counter and was listening to some podcast. Didn’t even bother to take over or try to be resourceful. HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.
