  Tiffany&Co Galleria is a great jewelry store. The store is huge and has ton of beautiful jewelry. Most salesperson are very helpful and knowledgeable. I like this store a lot.

  I have been in here and received poor service, they do look at you strangely if you don't go to the "fine jewelery" section of the store. Clearly, I go to the sterling silver section because that's what I can "afford" on this particular Sunday (6/25 /17) I walked in to exchange a chain and also have a bracelet cleaned. I was informed by the customer service lady that it is now $50 to have them professionally clean your item. They will polish it for free, but for scratches, it needs to be buffed, and sent to New York. It's almost easier to buy another bracelet. Anyway, ROBIN at the sterling silver side, could tell I was frustrated and helped me. She made me feel like I was important, cleaned my items behind the counter right in front of me, and made sure I was pleased. I probably won't go in there often, but when I do, I will only deal with Robin. That's the reason for the 5 stars.
