  Another great visit to my local T mobile. New manager with the white gauges didnt have his morning cup of Joe, not friendly at first but all was well as I used to have quite large gauges myself and as he looked reminiscent of a friend who past away, and his apology was met with sincere regard. And, + his apology for being quite busy, actually felt genuine Crazy how people change when you start taking pics. I can't believe people still get mad. Its 2017. The reviewers are everywhere even when unannounced. Marco needs an attitude adjustment. He's a manager? Because he needs a demote, for sure. No service ability what so ever. MEAN, and mean SPIRTITED. And he looks like the scrawny skinny villain from the cartoons. If you go, you will know who I'm talking about. Olive complexion. Jet black hair. Menace looking. He tried to stop me from taking pictures of what he called "His" establishment, which I called corporate , He's not the store manager. A formal complaint was left with corporate. I made a review in 2015 with 4 stars. He'll live with this review now, but i doubt he takes his job seriously anyway. If I could have gotten my charger and left. Nothing would have been bad at all. But the opportunist in me wanted a photo opp and he made me feel unsafe stopping me in his unruly fashion and aggressive nature. I'm 300 pounds and he weighs like a buck 50 wet, and i felt unsafe with multiple customers in the store staring. Hope this shows to not be so dismissive, and to have a nice morning rather than want to fight the customer under false pretenses because he looked like a fool and a child having a fit over absolutely nothing. All he needed was a red puffy nose and some size 18s with overalls for his small frame and t mobile could call him the Mascot. I will pray for him Shut out to Quy Do. For being Awesome. If anyone comes to this place. Hit up Quy he's got what you need. Skip Marco and call him a bad rep to the T mobile name, Honestly, he tarnished 3rd party T mobile stores for me. Always some type of problem here. Lies, deceit and dismissal. From the employees. Even the manager. Yet I keep coming because its the closest to me. 2 stars because Quy is the best. And. I don't leave untill my issue is resolved. Always. Period.
