  If I was able to offer no stars I would. I receive the worst service ever. There unorganized, dysfunctional workers, and the store needs a whole new structure for what they have now doesn't work. I was in the store for a purchase of a new phone. Waited for 3 hrs do to short staff and walked out with nothing due to the fact I was tired of waiting. I Visited another store that was further down the same day and was in and out the store in 30 minutes

  This is the only store I visit for fast service. I'm patient so I'm not sure why other reviews are so bad. Sometimes there are customers in the store but I'm always greeted and taken care of. I have purchased 4 phones from this location and just love the staff for my business. Thanks TMobile East Houston!
