  Friendly staff but could be a little more professional. I went to go buy an iphone 7 for my mother as a gift and the manager said he can only sell it to me if i get a line. Which completely threw me off Becuase thats against policy . I myself have worked for t-mobile for 3 years and never come accross that . The staff could use alot more training in Customer service .

  Great customer service! Took time off the sales floor to help me log in my email and sign my EIP!! Recommend this staff to everyone. Elisabeth Chavez was my sales rep.
