  Worst place. Long wait time(at least 1 hr in the evening) No knowledgeable staff. I am a T-Mobile customer for the past 4 years. I'm in a family plan where 4 out of 10 are administrators. I'm one among them. I went there to order a new Iphone for my wife using my account. They asked me to show my ID card. They compared my name in my ID card and name in their database. It matched perfectly but all admins name were together without space in their database. So they said they cannot provide a new iPhone for me. I just came out and called T-Mobile customer support and ordered a new Iphone within 10 minutes. I always order things via online or via phone. I visited this store only because it is at a walkable distance from my home. Look for some different store. Don't waste your time.
