  I wanted to purchase a phone outright since I killed my phone by dropping it one too many times. Not into iPhones, I don't need all the bells and whistles, and I don't care to impress anyone with my phone. I stopped in on a whim - it's not near my house but I wanted to look around. The young man who helped me was VERY informative. He wasn't pushy, and didn't act flustered because I didn't know all the lingo (I am old enough to be his mom and then some). He was very kind and considerate. I am going back there today to purchase a phone, instead of the store nearer to me, only because he was so helpful.
