  I switched 4 lines from verizon they were supposed to pay the earlu termination fees which it has never been done a year later im out of 2000 that is a horrible way to do business no one will even help me correct the problem they created and to be spoken to and talked over by a Asst. GM telling me he would no help because his store wouldnt get their / his bonus checks for the month again their error not mine so im out of $2000.00 ....do your self a favor dont go to this store .

  Great Customer Service , I Love This Place. They Have Went Above and Beyond To Show How Much They Truly Care About Their Customers, and This Great City We Call Houston.In The Time Of Disaster,Two People Specifically At This Location, (Jose aka Jay Z & Sarahlee), Made Us Smile & Laugh & Not Feel So Down.So ,Thank you Guys So Much For Everything You Guys Did. I Will Never Know How To Fully Thank You Guys, But I Will Definitely Show My Appreciation. You Guys Are Heaven Sent. (Promotions & Raises Immediately). [Ooooh]

  Horrible experience! I purchased a phone in this location and they talked me into buying some promotion car devices that they said would help lower my auto insurance. First of all, it didnt, my insurance didn’t care for them. Second of all, they never explained to me that it was or how much monthly they where gonna charge me for each (they sold me 2) I called them to let them know I didn’t want them on my plan and the person who answered told me I would have to go to the store for that. So I go after work and after waiting 30 minutes the person who sold me these devices in the first place told me to call 611 that they can’t do it there ...why couldn’t they just tell me this when I called and explained ?!
