  Cesar Lara(manager) was life saver for me!!! He assisted me in getting my apps active and finding my account, when I had all but gave up... honesty, his professional customer service stopped me from canceling my service!!!

  Worst customer service of all area AT&T stores. Walked in to buy minutes on a Pay As You Go plan. No kiosk and the employees could not and did not help. I buy $25.00 for my wife every 90 days and they stated there was no $25.00 purchase available. Their lack of motivation was unbelievable. I was there to give them money and they did not seem to care. I went to the AT&T store at Hwy 59 and 1960 and purchased the $25.00 amount. Save your time and go to a different location... these guys could care less about your service.
