  When an AT&T rep on the phone told me to go get a different SIM card for my new phone (which had been lost in transit for weeks - taking HOURS to track down with everyone from ATT to Apple to UPS giving me the run around - you better believe I'm going to be BEYOND annoyed when not only does my old phone get TURNED OFF after speaking with that rep, but they won't give a $5 SIM card and activate the new phone because I'm not listed on the account. Yet had their site not been down, I could have logged in and entered the info online? Complete waste of my time - not only with this store but throughout the process and number of people I've dealt with from AT&T.
