  I entered the store and there were no employees, after shouting 'Hello' and knocking on the Employees Only door, a manager finally came out to help. Later an employee came walking in with a bag of chips so obviously the manager is not concerned about covering the sales floor or what may be happening inside the store at any given time and leaves those responsibilities to his subordinates. The manager then informed me he would have to charge me $20 to change my SIM card from a nano size to the mini size and that another location would only charge $5. This business practice makes no sense. What business would EVER turn a customer out and hope they show back up? Why, with ATT being such a large and well developed company, would you not train your employees to their fullest potential? I left thinking it in my best interest and I was correct. When I went to the other location they did not charge me anything for my SIM card issue. This location is not up to standard by an measure of successful business operation or customer service.
