Just went this AT&T store this morning. I explained I was having trouble with my emails failing to appear as they would close after clicking on. A boy namedTony took my phone from my hands and started making maneuvers on my phone..."clicking this and clicking that". Tony wasn't saying anything and after a few minutes I was suspicious of what he was doing... So I asked..he just handed my phone back..I asked again what was he doing.. He said he changed my email to a different app . I saw he had "changed" my email. format. Tony did NOT ASK if that was fine with me. Now what's worse of all....I discovered after leaving the store that Tony had DELETED ALL MY EMAILS !! I had a feeling he knew he messed up my phone because he hadn't talked or didn't act like he cared. I left the store with my phone more messed up than when I walked in. And Tony was acting smug when I left. It was awkward and I felt uncomfortable. ..he didn't say a word..not good bye..thanks for coming in or anything. Very unprofessional !! No personality or communication skills. "Now my phone is worse than ever. I have to go now and find an intelligent person to fix what Tony messed up. Warning... Don't let Tony get his hands on your phone.

Unbelievable how slow this place is. Needed a simple SIM card replacement and stood in line for nearly an hour. Apparently they had a few iPhone X's in stock which they blamed for the delay. Fair enough...except I think they sold exactly three during a 45 minute span. Maybe this is an issue with Apple, and not AT&T, but I find it difficult to believe it could possibly take that long to check a customer out. Also, I counted at least five employees, yet only two seemed to be activating new phones. What were the other three doing? Maybe I'm just ignorant to how this business works. I can't comprehend how they make any money if it takes so long on a per customer basis though. Regardless, they should figure out a way to have an iPhone line and a non-iPhone line.
