  Worst customer service I have ever had. Spoke with the front desk rep at 4:30 explaining a situation I had and needed to speak with the supervisor. Well like always when I call the supervisor was out to lunch and said he would call me back within 30 mins. Up until 7:30 I had no call so I called back. Same desk rep answered and said he was with a customer, that's fine, and put me on hold. This guy PUT ME ON HOLD TIL THEY CLOSED AT 8 and the phone hung up at exactly 8. When I tried calling back the operator wouldn't send me through to speak with a representative. Unbelievable...
