  I stop by this jewelry store by chance. I was looking for a wedding band for my husband. That being said when I first rang the bell it took The gentleman a good five minutes to open the door even though he saw me standing at the door. From there I proceeded to look around for about 5 to 10 minutes. The gentleman was working with a customer so I waited for the two other employees to come ask me if I needed any assistance but no one came. Then a elder Caucasian man came to the door and the gentleman open the door right away. A young lady from the back came to assist the elder man and ask him if he needed anything. No one ever asked me or greeted me as I came in the door. I'm not going to say it was racial or not but I am Hispanic and the owners and workers were all Caucasian. Regardless of color the customer service was horrendous. I'm not one to leave reviews for any sites but this one really did offend me not only as a customer but as a Hispanic woman.
