  The best costumer service! They helped me pick a good outfit for school. I highly recommend coming here. Lucy was very helpful she is sales associate. Love her.

  While the sales associate was very polite, I was disappointed to discover that the clothes I brought in were too "teen." These are clothes that were bought in adult sections or at places like banana republic and in new, or like new condition, so I didn't quite understand that phrasing. I was told to try next door at Platos Closet, but the more nonchalant kid working there said my clothes were too "formal." So I don't understand what kind of clothes are acceptable at either of these locations, but I certainly will not waste any more time trying to sell to either. Highly disappointing.
