  Another bullshit sprint store. Guy with the dreads looked like he hates his life and wants to kill himself. I asked a simple question of why my bill is still high when I was told it's suppose to go down in January since my balance is 0.00 for paying the lease on my iPhone 6. It did not go down in January and my next bill for February was posted and still high! He was no help at all. I call customer service and they tell me to go in the store. I go in the store and these dumbasses can't tell me anything either. I've never had a problem with sprint until now. Nice location with a lame staff.
