    I was having a terrible time with customer service representatives over the phone, and I also visited a different location before arriving at this store. The store manager and her team were wonderful and so friendly. I was ready to end my relationship with Sprint, but she truly saved them a loyal customer. Excellent customer service with all of the employees I interacted with at the store.
