  There is this guy named Jonathan! He is awesome!! He made me feel confortable and helped me find cute acessories and things I needed for my phone and was professional. If your going to sprint, ask for Jonathan . He makes it fun!

  Bought a new cell and it had a scratch on it. Sprint online told me to return it to the store. Went to the store and they refuse to exchange or honor the 14 day return policy or the exchange code Sprint online gave me. This went back and forth several times. Sprint online could not reach anyone in the store because no employee would answer the phone. I had to go there give my cell phone to the manager on duty just to let Sprint online talk to the Sprint manager. They still refuse to exchange my phone. After i filed a complaint with the BBB the Owner finally gets involved and replaces my phone. 2 months later i notice they hadn't removed the charges for the first phone from my account. Thank God i kept the exchange receipt.
