They were nice and tried to help. I only gave 4 stars because I wasn't able to resolve my issue, but that's not entirely their fault. I have an LG G5 and it was bootlooping (a known LG issue) and they were unable to do anything to stop it, but at least they tried and showed some genuine effort to help resolve my problem.
