  Sloppy. We called three times to get a customer service phone number and they gave us the wrong ones... twice. One was to a bank and one was to a car insurance co.! 3 times in total- just to get a sprint customer service #! They either are trying to play a prank on us, or are really bad at their job. The only reason we had to call in the first place was because we couldn't log in due to them putting in our zip code wrong the first time. Customer service took 20 minutes just to email us a link back to the login site (the one we couldn't log into). Dealing with them makes us feel frustrated and unimportant. When we bought our phone and chargers etc. the salesperson took a picture of it with his personal phone... like he was bragging about his sale :( yikes.

  I went in had a great experience and was thankful for all these people that helped me there. Im making this my go to store! Thanks to Tomek for helping me with all my stuff, very knowledgeable and also francisco for being very nice and helpful. GREAT STAFF! And would definitely recommend
