  No one greeted me when I came in. The 2 20something employees spent a great deal of time visiting with their 20something customer while myself and another lady waited. I had to ask if there was a sign in. There was no communication about wait time, etc. just left to wonder. Another poor experience at a sprint store.

  Came in on Saturday. They were very busy. Lilly came up to me immediately, said hello and helped me decide what phone I was gonna get until someone was available to help. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am always very pleased with this store and the service I receive but this was exceptional. When she's out of training, she will be my go to gal. Thanks again!
