  I love to buy my makeup at Sephora. It's great store with a variety of brands of makeup. Yesterday I was looking for a blush powder or a contour palette.I asked a employee, her name was Sam. I described what I normally use, and I wasn't sure what to get. I told her I used a palette that's discontinued and I want something similar to that. She gave me a rude looking face and said, "That's not a contour, that a blush powder kit." I was like oh, well I want something like that or contour. She asked me some questions about my makeup routine, and she sat me in the chair. As I was telling her the products I use, she kept rolling her eyes and nodding. I wasn't sure if it was bad I was using these products or not. These are products I use from the Sephora store, and I'm comfortable using. I felt embarrassed and humiliated like I didn't know how to buy make up. Then she asked me about my facial wash routine. I told her the products I use. Then she rolled her eyes again and said a rude manner those are only good products for starting out good facial cleaning routines. After that point I felt upset. I tried to keep a positive mood. She just made things worse by recommending too many products and telling me how to do my make up. I understand if you want to teach and show people how to do make up, but you do not have to be rude about it. Sam, the employee of Sephora at Memorial City Mall, made me feel beneath her. The attitude and the customer service I received from her has encouraged me to stay away from that Sephora. I have had mostly good experiences at Sephora from other make up experts. I know that she may consider herself a make up expert, but my advice to Sam would be she needs to have a positive attitude and manner.
