  The guy in the store who sold me a dishwasher was very nice. The 1 star is for their delivery. I have been playing phone tag and waiting over a week. Got an automated call yesterday that my delivery was today between 2-5p. I sat around waiting until about 4:45 and decided to call the delivery department, where the lady told me they had come in the morning and no one was home! And I never received a call. And no explanation for why they came in the morning and the automated voicemail said 2-5p. This is very, VERY frustrating for people with busy schedules, not to mention unprofessional! I will be calling for a refund and purchasing a dishwasher from somewhere else.

  Contrary to the other reviews, my experience was pretty good. Raul, was a great help and patiently guided and helped me make a decision. Will definitely go back there.
