  I called in to get help because I purchased a Kenmore upright freezer and it broke. I just want them to give me the date of the purchase which i thought to be within a year. The lady picked up the phone was very rude and didn't want to give me the info. She said: we don't sell any refrigerator here, then: you have to call the servicing people. So I repeated my question again and said all I want is to get the date I purchase to see if its still under warranty, and she finally looked it up, told me a date in a lazy and hurry manner and hung up the phone without saying anything. This is unacceptable for you to treat your clients like that. I always go to Sears for my appliances and with this kind of service, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
