  My purchase experience here was great with Henry - very knowledgeable,low pressure and honest. I bought a washer and dryer to be delivered in Bowling Green KY for my daughter. Sadly, the good experience ended whenI said goodbye to Henry. I scheduled the delivery date the same day I bought the appliances - 12 days in advance. The delivery date arrived and the man came to our door to say his partner had to leave for an emergency and he was unable to get the appliances up to the apt by himself -said they had to reschedule For Saturday (3 days later). When I said that was unacceptable, he called his warehouse to arrange an exception to have the units delivered two days later...they agreed and he left saying I would have them Friday and they would call Thurs night to set the time for delivery. Thurs night came and no one called so Iphoned them - only to be told that I had asked to reschedule delivery and the next time available would be Saturday not Friday. I explained that they were responsible for the delivery reschedule not me and that I was told they were coming on Friday. The person said he could not confirm that with the warehouse and he would call me back the next day and would give me my choice of delivery time on Saturday since I had been misled. He never phoned back and when the folks called to tell me my Saturday delivery time it was late in the afternoon when I had asked for as early in the morning as possible. When I told them I had other arrangements at that time, they said all they could do would be to put in a request for a different delivery date and reschedule it! I have never in my life had such horrible treatment as a customer who had paid in full at the time of purchase. I will pay more in the future to avoid having to deal with Sears and be treated this way! Unbelievable!!!
