  I've experienced the worst customer service at the Sears in Memorial City. Checkout spends 10 minutes with each customer and everyone in line has to wait 30+ minutes. They have no clue how to use the computers; they still use dial-up and when I asked one of the workers for help, they cut me off and point. Yeah, thanks so much for the help. And are rude and disrespectful most of the time. Everyone needs to avoid it. If you ever go, don't say I didn't warn you.

  Odd layout as compared to most Sears, but still full of the good stuff. Appliances, beds and bedding, some clothing and oh boy the tools and yard equipment. Easy to place your order online and pickup at this location. Not much help on the floor, but tons of parking.
