  I purchase a mattress a couple of weeks ago..the service was great!!! Ms Martinez really helped me to choose the best mattress that filled my needs. I would really recommend this place to my friends and family. They have a very good selection of mattresses including furniture. I will keep coming back, like I said the customer service is great!!

  We purchased some mattresses, protectors & frames from Lucy over 6 years ago off of Jones Rd. (which are all still in great condition). My family & I were looking in Katy & so we stopped in since we were so pleased w/ the name. As luck would have it, I recognized Lucy right away & immediately felt @ home we left again VERY HAPPY customers!

  I am an online customer who needed to come into the store to check out some mattresses before buying. Maria was in the store and was a huge help. She knew exactly what I was looking for and is very efficient! Very happy with the customer service and glad I came to this location!
