  The only reason my wife and I went to Sam's was because she wanted a soft serve ice cream. This is the 3rd time we visited the food court in the past 3 months in the afternoon and it's closed. We usually shop at Costco. This never happens there. There is a big difference in shopping at Costco and Sam's. The employees need upgrading at Sams. I know you don't want to hear that, but they aren't friendly and just don't care. I was a large format store director for 45 years. Please take this as constructive criticism.
