  I just want to acknowledge the kindness the store manager had shown to my Nursing Home Residents (Windsor Houston) during Hurricane Harvey. We at the Nursing Home experienced the distress and ravaging power of the rains brought down by "Harvey", The roads were flooded and obtaining vital supplies became a "survival" ordeal for us. Our suppliers could not bring the supplies we so desperately needed so we made a trip out to our Sam's Club just to encounter a mob outside all waiting to get in. I pleaded my case to the store manager and he graciously allowed me to bypass the huge line outside and came in and get the supplies we needed. It is in times of extraordinary circumstances that EXTRAORDINARY people like the manager of Sam's club shines through.
