  Have had many good experiences here. The negative reviews almost scared me away, when I needed another piece of furniture. I gave them a shot, since I’ve had good service with them many times in the past. Walked in, found what I needed, and my salesperson was just fine. Friendly and not too much pressure. Delivery went fine too. They quoted 2-6 pm and they arrived at 3:00pm. I was called ahead of time when they were on the way. Only complaint was that the delivery guys did not wear cover slippers over their shoes. Nobody wants people walking through your house with shoes on. The set up the furniture quickly and everything looks great. My delivery was available 6 days from my purchase date.

  I would like to thank Jerry ( at the 1960 & 249 location )for his excellent customer service! I hate it when salesmen follow me...just aggravates me. But Jerry waved, gave me his name and told me to let him know if I needed anything. And that I did. After my sis and I found what we were looking for Jerry took great care of us. Thank you Jerry!!
