  Rude ppl and there employees don't talk to each other I talked to 4 different ppl in 4 days all asking the same thing!!! Conns is most definitely better then these ratchet ppl.

  Just started dealing with this particular location...paid my money Monday for a washer and dryer, was told my delivery would be the next day (Tuesday) between 2p-4p. Called at 4:35 to check why it hadn't been delivered and they told me it wasn't even in the system!!! But my money is mist definitely in the system. And the lady who took my request out someone else's name on my receipt!! Then he tells me, he'll get it out after the other three deliveries they're ALREADY doing...I haven't received my delivery and it's is now 6:00! So much for first impressions! And i don't understand how you can take my money with ease, charge me for "optional" add ons, WITHOUT ASKING ME, be SLOW with my delivery, want me to BE ON TIME with my payment, and QUICK to come take it if I'm LATE! GOOD JOB R.A.C!
