  Why are they making the people in third ward pay more to rent things than alief and other areas? I recently moved to third ward from alief. My best friend went to rent a center and rented a Bible eye washer and dryer the total monthly $80 I just rented a washer and dryer. I couldn't get the bubble eye up to date washer and dryer I only had the choice of the old washer and dryer you know the white plain washer and dryer and guess how much I paid for the old one? $117 monthly. Can someone please look into this please

  Absolutely horrible and disgusting customer service. The only black guy who is a Uncle Tom and the older woman couldn't tell the difference between last night and today. A store filled with under educated and worthless trash. I will be contacting corporate because of the lack of customer service and client engagement. This is a horrible representation of Rent A Center and it's values.

  I went to rent-a-center to rent to own a sectional for my apartment. When I walked through the door there were 4 sales reps there in the showroom and they all looked me square in the face when I opened the door yet NONE of them came or cared to assist me or even spoke to me for that matter. I brushed it off and proceeded to look for some furniture because I needed it that day. I asked the so called manager (who looks like a discount Suge Knight) if he could assist me and he rolled his eyes and sighed. I walked out and left. This place is full of nonchalant A-HOLES who don't give a damn about their potential customers.
