  Took way too long for them to send out the laptop I paid to rent out. I called many times and the "manager" was NEVER there. And then they call and say it'll be delivered tomorrow. Well tomorrow comes and they have the guts to say that they couldn't get a hold of my references. Why didn't they try to call them BEFORE??? The service in this rent a center is ridiculously terrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could

  If there was a way to give this place zero stars I would. Me and my husband waiting three weeks for a washer and dryer to come in we didn't even get a call to let us know it was here. Then the lady at this location had us refill out paper work I had did online which upset myself more. We already made the payment online and they kept saying we needed to make two more payments to get the washer and dryer.. I'm trying to understand what type of place is this where u make a payment and still have to wait for what u want.
