  Francisco was very helpful in the store as I needed a chair for my husband while he waited for back surgery. However,when the chair was delivered I noticed it was not covered in plastic. It was the one on the floor of the showroom. The delivery man said he had just put it on the floor so it was not used a lot. Since I needed it soon that was fine but would have appreciated a call from Francisco to tell me it was the one from the floor, if that was ok. I would have not accepted it except for necessity . I do like this store and have been treated so nice by Salvador ,the manager. Jorge and Joel were great at delivery.
