  I have had issues in the past, however when it came to exterminating and the questions I had around it...The staff at Pioneer Exterminating Company in Houston, were knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They took the time to explain what the problem could be caused from, as well as solutions to fix the problem. All these other people whom speak so negatively about them more then likely had one treatment and expected immediate results. And the truth of the matter is, that these things do take time. It isn't an instantaneous thing. Either way, I am more then satisfied with their performance and professionalism. I will continue to use them, as well as recommend them to everyone I know!!

  Excellent service! From the initial phone call ($20 off with a web coupon) to a follow-up service to take care of ants that popped back up 3 weeks later, I was very happy with my treatment. Employee was dressed in a uniform, covered his shoes, came within the hour time range, and was very courteous. Most importantly, the ants have been gone for over 3 months. I will definitely call them again on an annual or semi-annual basis.
