  Very disappointed in the carelessness of the employee handling my balloons. I wanted a Jack from the nightmare before christmas balloon. They had ONE balloon left with Jack's face on it and an employee popped the balloon by putting too much air it in. That was the MAIN balloon I needed. Very frustrating and disappointing.

  The cashier forgot to remove that “attachment” from the shirt I bought that only them can remove. I called their number to let them know. First of all, I was expecting an apology coz it is a hassle. But guess what? No apology from the person I spoke to. She quickly said to come back to their store so they can remove it. As “easy” as that. Like I live 10 meters away and has all the time in the world. Customer service is crucial folks.
