  went Into the store to purchase charm. The young lady was great. Asked if they could exchange my ring because one of the stones fell off. The policy says you can within a year of purchase your item. I asked them to look me up. The assistant manager took over and say the system was down. I tried to look for the receipt in my email which I didn’t have. By then she was using her ghetto attitude towards me. I told her that I was the customer that she needed to focus on that and not give me attitude. Told her to try her system again and she smacked her iPad and said it was down. Then she walked away. I honestly think a person like her should not be working in the galleria mall.
