  Went in to exchange a Christmas gift and all was well until I was looking for a register to check out at when a cosmetic sales representative screamed at me from across the store I needed to check out at their backed up register rudely and I calmly asked if I could check out at the other register with no lines she yelled rudely again NO! I asked why? She replied rudely again JUST GO OVER THERE. I was about to just drop the merchandise and take my business elsewhere when a manager intervened and said he'd check us out at his register. I don't know their policies or procedures but there definitely wasn't a sign or any kind of mandated material suggesting all cosmetics be purchased at a designated register. I will never come back to this location although the manager handled the situation professionally that associate should not be working in the retail field talking to customers the way she did here today with me.
