  Good luck to you, MD Hos. The shop has already shut and was empty. My experience with them was horrible. I returned my purchase next day in original box and was charged 20% restocking fee. There was a fine print in their receipt which you cannot see until you have paid the money. They won't disclose that beforehand. The couple also own another shop with different brand at 9800 block of the same street.

  Be careful of this vendor - they will give you seemingly gorgeous but defective "free gifts" when you purchase their range hood. There is no warrantee for the "gifts". The shiny electronic kettle I got was completely useless since the lid does not close at all. When I contacted the store, I was told plainly that I'm just out of my own luck.
