  Terrible experience, if I could give negative stars I would. Placed an online order to be picked up from the store. Received a text message and email stating that my order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, I stood by the pickup desk for 10 minutes with out any acknowledgement from the store employees behind the desk. When I was finally able to break one employee away from a conversation he was having with another employee, turns out that my order wad never pulled. Waited another 10 minutes to have the employee tell me that they have what I purchased but the box was serverly damaged! Pretty much a waste of time and did not amount to anything. Another store close by had the product that I purchased, but since I could not get to the location till tomorrow there was no guarantee that I could actually get the item that I had already PAID FOR! Worst shopping experience ever and will not be returning for personal or any business supplies.

  Today I experienced terrible customer service at Print & Copy service area. Workers were taking their time with other customers that also showed frustration of slow motion work. Even after finishing with a customer, nobody asked to help the next person in line until it was convenient for themselves. When it was finally my turn to be attended to, I was being talk to as if they were doing me a favor and I had to squeeze the service out of them. Never coming to this location ever again.
