  Has decent selection of items. Received 3 stars because was charged a 15% restocking fee on a return when lock was not correct. Won't purchase from them unless absolutely sure to avoid losing 15%.

  Terribly slow and slack off service. I ordered a truck tool box . They told me that the store close to Hobby Airport had it in stock so they'd just transfer from there and it'd take 5 days to get my local store. I waited 10 days then stopped by at my local store to cancel my order to get refund. When I asked them to cancel my order , they said " oh yeah we got it yesterday." They even did not call me even though they said they'd give me a call once they receive the item .. Avoid Northerntool! Amazon prime gets you anything in 2 days .
