  Took watch in for new battery. As she was struggling to get back off, I told her how my other watch was ruined because they tore up the O rings. I mentioned that this watch had never had the back removed. I asked her if the O ring was damaged as she finished? She lied to me right to my face. A day later as I began my vacation, I notice my watch was completely filled with moisture. I called them. Took it back a week later, I explained how I was lied to and that to prove it, I wanted jeweler to remove the back and show me the inside of case. The man with a complete disrespect for myself and my 450.00 Titanium watch, throws it on the counter and says, "Take it someplace else." They have the Baptist literature, just not the Baptist integrity. If you are looking for characteristics of deceit, duplicity and a lack of integrity in your jeweler, then I recommend this place. Please tell them, "You were recommended by John."
