  Do not buy from these people. Even if the pricing seems better you will pay more in the long run. I sent someone to pick up a water heater for me and they got the wrong one. Moctezuma refused to let me return it and stated their “do not return” policy. The girl on the phone would not even give me her managers name. I had a problem with them in the past, but thought I would give them one more chance and now I am paying the price.

  Will garuntee that the appliance works and then sell you a broken appliance. Do not pay cash here. They say no refunds so that you then have to deal with the broken appliance and they get to keep your money. I would recommend not doing business with them at all.

  If I could give this company a "0" no stars I would. They are a horrible and dishonest company. The units they sell absolutely do not work. I have received two sets of washer/dryers from them since I initially purchased and not one has worked nor did I even get the items I purchased the first two deliveries. Please do not waste your time on even stepping foot in this place. What a rip off.
