  Extremely rude staff. I came to purchase my mom a Christmas present and I wasn’t greeted and a guy was standing at the front door texting on his phone. I walked the whole store and no one spoke to me. I wanted to get her a backpack but I decided to go to Kate Spade instead.

  This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I purchased an item at Michael Kors online which has a clear return policy that states I am able to return products to the nearest Michael Kors store. I went to return a pair of shoes and was treated like absolute garbage by the sales associates. Upon walking into the store, the 4 associated stood there looking at me like they had never seen customers before. I told them I needed to make a return and I was told to return the product through the post. I told them that I was electing to return it to the store as I lived just across the street. I was then asked where I got a Michael Kors paper bag from - as though I had stolen it. I told them I had purchased other Michael Kors products and therefore had a reusable paper bag at home. Jason was the associate - the more arrogant person ever. I also provided feedback to Michael Kors and received no acknowledgement from them at all. Its extremely disappointing and I can see now why there were so few people shopping in that store. Michael Kors - very disappointed that you let your sales associates treat customers like that!!! I'll never step foot in that store again and I am a very regular Michael Kors buyer!
