  This is the first time I bought a mattress in 8 years. The experience couldn't have been any better. Sheron was great. Really explained the pros and cons of each style I was looking at and helped me make an awesome decision. He also introduced me to best pillow I've ever slept on! Even as I was testing beds, I could hear him taking care of others with the same personal touch that I received. I would definitely recommend this location.

  Carolina, Randall and Eric showed why I will refer Mattress Firm to all my friends. When Sealy Mattress would not stand behind their product, Mattress Firm did. There was a fault in the manufacturing of my Sealy mattress and Mattress Firm made it right with a replacement new mattress. I now sleep on a Beautyrest Mattress. The customer service was excellent. There was no excuses or made up problems, just efficient help. Thanks to Carolina & Eric and Mattress Firm. Also Thanks to Randall who insured the delivery of my mattress was on schedule and notified me of a 30 minute window for the delivery. Everything was very professional and as expected. Go Mattress Firm!
